BuyincensewaterfallReviews of buyincensewaterfall.com

Everybody who paid via PayPal, check you account as you may have mistakenly set up an automatic ongoing payment to this company. The waterfall looks nice, but the actual cones all smell just like woody smoke and only last 5 minutes max and thats if they light at all.. DO NOT BUY IS MY REVIEW OPINION..z

This is a scam Do not buy from here I never received the goods and FedEx had no info on the tracking number. Biggest rip off ever. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS

I have had same treatment. Ordered 14.99 plus 100 free cones. Then go to order and it said thanks for order 115 pounds !!!!! I emailed straight away cancel this order now. I contacted my bank to stop payment was told i have to go through with order and then claim i was gutted. 20 emails and a fraud complaint through bank money was back in my bank. The purchase then arrived?? I emailed saying you need to collect it.i was sent email straight away saying i did not cancel early enough what 5 minutes after you tried ripping me off.I was told to keep it or give to family or friends.I tried this and let me tell you all dont bother no nice smells and fills your house with smoke!!@ stay away xx

This company has left the most bitter taste ever, and the more reviews I read from other unfortunate, ripped off people, the worst the taste gets. My order should of cost £21.99, that was with £4.99 delivery and 100 cones, upon completing my order I noticed I was charged £61!!!! I received 400 cones and obviously charged a great deal more for delivery. I contacted them immediately, I sent at least 1 email every day for 8 days, getting angrier and angrier each day as I was not getting any response. Eventually they wrote back trying to fob me off with an extra £10 deal, everything I said fell on deaf ears, numerous backwards and forwards emails, I have ran out of energy with them and resigned myself to a massive learning curve. This company should be prosecuted and closed down, disgusting they can still operate.

Scam scam scam. This company is a piece of shot and beware do not do business with them. They add a bunch of xtra stuff that you decline and take the money out of your account. I emailed them immediately to cancel my order before it was shipped. They kept stalling me saying they would fix it but then sent a email saying it had all been shipped and I would have to go through the refund process. Total scam ripoff it’s theft mail fraud. Company is run by a bunch of people from india. Imagine that they seem to all be scammers. I also never received anything I ordered because they shipped it to a address that I had emailed and told them the address they had for me was wrong. I’ve reported them to the FBI fraud investigation unit and hopefully they will catch up with the owners of this dirtbag company soon. I see from the reviews that this little scam has happened to many other people as well. You order $20 worth of goods and they charge you over $100 in xtra garbage you declined to order. That’s $80 in profit on ever person scammed. That adds up pretty quick to a nice little nest egg for the dirty little scammers.

I ordered an inscents waterfall device and scent inserts on Thursday 29th July and later that day I wrote to cancel the order and get my £79.12 refunded. I received an almost immediate automated reply saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. 23 hours later I emailed them again asking for an update and received no reply. EIGHT increasingly angrier emails later informing them of their appalling lack of customer service and respect, demanding a refund over the course of three days generated only another automated email and one saying the order had been shipped, and no refund was obviously forthcoming. Finally, on the 6th August, I received a refund of the entire amount with a grovelling pathetic email in very poor English. I had also, during the four day period, contacted PayPal and was advised to ‘work with the company to resolve any problems’. PayPal also stopped all payments to this company. I would say do not buy anything from this company, or try to source the product from another place, and think about whether you really want the product before handing over ANY money. I seem to have been very lucky compared to most other customers here so I do feel for everyone else. I was like a dog with a bone and after 24 hours bombarded the company with so many emails until they sat up and realised I was unhappy. Reading everyone else’s comments, I think I was lucky, but it could have been very different. Research the companies before buying anything! Especially if they are from overseas! They are not even worth one red star.

Just the same as everyone else. Took over 100 pounds out of my account when only ordered the basic set. Why is Facebook still letting them advertise. They are obviously a scam company and should not be allowed to advertise

Dreadful company not USA its Chinese rubbish Offer was for £14.95 Ended up paying more than double!! Plus tax & frate! Plus I had a big problem trying to get to customer service as it just kept sending pop ups with more & more offers! finally I closed the page to get an email address Sent emails so far no answers Tried to stop payment with no luck So I will bombard them with emails Hopefully one might get through Not holding my breath
