Unfortunately my sister bought one and trust me it smelt absolutely disgusting! We couldn’t get it out of her house quick enough. All I can say is it just smelt like a bonfire. Be warned, do not waste your money.

If you have been unfortunate enough to fall for this ad on social media as i did then first and foremost If you paid by PayPal quickly get into your reoccurring pre authorised payment set ups and get them cancelled. They set up without you realising, luckily i read reviews and sure enough there it was set up ready to rip me off some more. In addition you can buy the exact same thing for about £8.00 on ebay. Also these cones are disgusting, have no scent other than burning wood which stinks your house out and not in a nice way, the good reviews here cannot be genuine in my opinion!

This company are an absolute disgrace. Paid almost £50 for the ornament and extra cones however, once lit a ghastly smell of nauseous burnt wood emits causing a bad stink causing a health hazard. The complete opposite of what they state. STEAR CLEAR.

SCAM! I ordered the waterfall which comes with 100 free cones. Submitted order through PayPal and next thing it shows ordering 200 extra cones totalling another $50. Wrote them same day canceling order, didn't respond, 3 days later tried again, said order shipped. Received package 0 cones were included. Contacted the by email and through PayPal. They said I'd get a refund when I return item. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM THEY WANT ME TO RETURN! I guess I'm out $50 cause it looks like even PayPal isn't able to help.

Same as everyone else. I cancelled this order within minutes of being conned. Rang my bank HSBC who said they would refund my money. So far this had not been the case. This is rubbish items and do not order. I tried to get my refund but so far this hasn’t happened. The company customer help is not good. They still say they will send the goods even when you request to cancel. Very disappointed as when I rang my bank the money had not left my account. Now it has How can this scam continue !!!!

I hadn't even intended to buy..I clicked to see how much postage was and next thing they're thanking me for my purchase. Following week I realise they had taken £47.99 f5om my account..charging me this fir apparently 200 cones..saying I entered a subscription! Absolutely disgusting..at no point did I enter a subscription. PayPal said they can't help as I voluntarily entered a subscription. Luckily after lots of angry emails to the company they refunded me in full..but not before offering me $10 off next purchase. Totally scam..beware.

If you're already a victim then keep spamming their emails, tell them you know that they have not shipped the item that quick and you want the refund, no matter what they say, keep saying you want your refund, and you'll hopefully get it back!
