BuyincensewaterfallReviews of buyincensewaterfall.com

Not yet received my order, but customer services have been excellent. Only given a four as had to get a problem sorted out in the first place. Excellent out come can't wait for order o to arrive.

I was initially charged with the 200 add-on's without authorizing it. I authorized $19.99 and then when that transaction completed, I was offered 200 more cones for $39.99 and I clicked out of the screen. I was charged for them anyway. I emailed the company to complain and they apologized but still tried to get me to keep them by upselling them. I emailed back and requested my entire order be canceled (even the original) and they agreed and refunded all my money. Their ordering/billing practices were a bit shady but the customer service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Giving 4 stars for their attentiveness and willingness to make the customer happy.

So far I am happy. I have not received my Inscents waterfall yet. However, they gave me a discount because I was considering cancelling my order after reading a bunch of bad reviews. I will write another review once I receive my incense waterfall

The customer service representative was very helpful, in solving my issue with the waterfall cones. They got on it and I will be getting replacements soon. Great job.

So an order was placed accidentally to this company and it was meant to be 14.95 but checking my account it was £17 something. As i hadnt meant to place the order to begin with, i went into full panic mode, then reading the reviews below i freaked out even more expecting £60+ to start coming out. I contacted the merchant right away expressing my upset and asked for a full refund. I had contacted Paypal and even put my card on freeze…(it was 12am so was half tired and half panicked😂) Anyways i awoke this morning to see Paypal wouldn't do anything but the merchant had already issued my full refund. I must of gotten lucky as the other reviews all sound a complete nightmare but i really cant fault their turnaround times for me. I still would not recommend ordering from them due to the large negative reviews and will order from somewhere else now due to this but my experience wasn't terrible at all.

My order came with 200 free cones. I ordered 3 burners and I'm missing 1 pack of incense. I emailed and called them to get the other pack. The lady I spoke to processed a reshipment for my missing items. Thank you!

I bought 4 off these are Xmas presents as they were on special offer at £17.84 which I paid via pay pal when I checked my bank they also took an additional £61 via pay pal I did not hit any add ons, I sent an email to dispute this payment they offered me £10 as a refund or send the items back once received occurring all shipping costs, I tried to cancel the order but they said it had been shipped (debatable) as I received notification a day later. I have now received the waterfalls with the cones, however, they do not stay alight literally seconds and they stink of a bonfire. I will be contacting pay pal to dispute. I wish I had never ordered this don't buy from this company rubbish. Since writing this review I have been in contact with the company and although it took a little while we have come to a solution and they have refunded the faulty cones. The customer service is very good, and I am now waiting for new cones that I hope will work, as the waterfalls themselves are actually really pretty.

I ordered only the incense burner but ended up getting more cones. It's a good thing I noticed it immediately. I called customer service for a refund and was refunded on the same day. But when I received my burner, the scents of the free cones were really good. Now I need to order again. How  I wish I did not cancel it.
