Overcharged and ignored when I tried to contact them.

Lik others i was suddenly charged over £71 pounds instead og the £14:99 i expected i contacted the company within 5 minutes of ordering and attempted to cancel the order which is within their terms and conditions as per their website . I had a reply offering me a further £10 discount which i replied that i was happy to pay the £14.99 as agreed but if this was not possible then the order was to be cancelled radio silence for one day from them .they then refunded the £10 which i rejected and sent the goods anyway stating i would need to use their return policy to gain refund now their terms say cancellation is only possible on the day of order before despatch which i adhered to it also turns out like others they set up a recurring charge on my paypal account again without my permission .this is at best poor business practice at worst scam behaviour avoid and dont get caught out like the rest of us

I was gifted this for my birthday by my best friend. The cones just smelt like toxic burnt wood (and unfortunately, now our home smells the same!) and not all all like they are supposed to. The '100 free cones' bag actually contained 52 and they all smell exactly the same. After all this, the smoke didn't waterfall, it just poured in every direction, stinking the house out. After reading these reviews her I have warned my friend to look out for a repeat charge. She'll be mortified that she's bought me such a disappointing present. Now I'm off to find some genuine incense waterfall cones from a reputable company in the UK!!

Worst company! I attempted to cancel same date July 18 2021 and they would not cancel. Called credit card company and had to wait 30 days to file for credit. I did wait the 30 days . Never received the shipment thank goodness. August 27th I received a package from Catch Creation. Thinking it was a birthday gift, I mistakenly opened. Now the problem still dealing with this horrible company. Their phone number is either busy or not taking messages. Tried messenger chat and that does not work.

Terrible - it leaves black tar at the bottom. It lasts for about 5 minutes - it’s definitely toxic. There are no ingredients on the back showing this is an all natural product. It’s faulty, but they won’t allow me to return it and they pay for the return. We have to pay to return a faulty item!!! They won’t refund me - offered me £10. Do not buy this product. Waste of money and a scam. I’m also keeping an eye on my bank now as I’ve seen lots of other people say they’ve been charged for a subscription?

Such a shame as what was a purchase that I really believed was genuine turns out to be very stressful. I certainly did not sign up for a £51 subscription and luckily I could see that on PayPal and cancelled it straight away. My bank unable to help as it went through PayPal system. Waiting to see if the company will refund the £55.18 I paid on top of the £14.95 for the product. I have had responses back from my emails offering $10 or something but this certainly will not compensate for the £55.18 paid without proper consent. What the FedEx payment description is I have no idea, is this P&P, surely not, all in all this experience is very frustrating. Such a shame that innocently scrolling through your Instagram account can end up in such a bad way, customers beware! At least have a cup of coffee first!!

This company took the initial payment of 17.94 then a further unauthorised payment of 47.99. Its theft plain and simple. Ive started emailing them but no reply as of yet. This is disgraceful I cant afford to lose this money. I am not working. I feel so bad falling for this

I purchased this item plus two more as gifts. This product did not perform as advertised no matter how many cones I lit. I expressed my concerns to the company to request a refund and was met with resistance. I still have the items with no refund; Too embarrassed to gift them. The cones do not have a scent as described.
