I was sceptical at first but I have to say that I am impressed.. Very impressed with this product! This thing actually works and looks really cool. The cones only last for about 30 to 40 minutes minutes but they are magical minutes. Also, customer service was excellent. People that I have talked to were very polite and assisted me well with all the concerns I have when trying to order this burner. I will surely recommend this product to all of my friends. 101% Satisfied Customer here!

So glad to have extra cones on my order, I was able to received my order in the timeframe given and received them completely. I was not sure of the instructions how to use it and was able to seek help easily from their there customer service. I'll be ordering more For sure and send it as a gift specially this upcoming holidays.

I was trying to back out at first because I wasn't expecting to pay an additional charge for the small extra cones, called their support line, and spoke with a lady who let me know I will be getting 2 bags of 200 organic incense. Still, as much as I love to try it out I was relieved by getting an additional discount for me to enjoy the burner. I got my package within 7 days instead of the standard propagation time. Thank you to that lady who assisted me and gave me the chance to have an outlet to relieve my stress after a hard day's work. To bad though I cannot remember the name of the lady.
