I was very pleased with the customer service I received, I made a mistake on my order and Louise corrected my order. She was pleasant also! ☺

The customer service has been professional and helpful both times that I have called.

I didn't receive my full order, but when I reached out, they happily assisted and fast! Very good customer service! I will shop here again!

At first I was very sceptical about purchasing the incense waterfall I was unsure about the 'claims' to reduce different symptoms of anxiety and stress which I do struggle with daily. I can only be honest and say my first impression when I received my order of 2 backflow waterfall incense burners was that as I half thought when ordering that this would not be as good as it looked but was pleasantly surprised by the look and couldn't wait to try. First I tried the more colourful ones and the eye-catching waterfall had me absorbed in seconds...an so I carried on and lit one colour after another. Pink, purple, green but when I got to the paler colours, orange, yellow and beige, for some reason they just wouldn't stay lit! I was actually about to put it down to 'should have known better' and put it in the bin but then I thought, No, as the other was intended for an 86 ye old and the first couple were great I tried more cones but same thing when trying the paler colours so I decided to send an email to complain to explain my issue. I wondered if there was something wrong with some of the coneand I was really surprised at how quickly I received a reply. A really nice appolgetic reply and was assured these were Infact defective cones and I was absolutely to to complain. Infact Incense thanked me for my feedback. I just wanted to thank Incense firstly for the fantastic product I've found the backflow waterfall to be but also for the outstanding and efficient customer service I've experienced, its been second to none from easy ordering quick smooth transaction on to constant despatch/delivery updates and even aftercare. It's been an excellent service altogether. I cant recommend this company and its great products highly enough. I will continue to order cones and I'm also going to treat my daughter to the waterfall version. It's mesmerising to watchthe dips fill up with what looks like pools of liquid creating a fabulous waterfall effect all while purifying the air with beautiful aromas each colour a different scent with healing effects fountain backflow effect. My home smells lovely when a cone has been lit and it is so relaxing, even soothing to wath. Trust me when I say, honestly....you will not be disappointed if you purchase from Incense. I also should add Incense were also super quick in replacing the cones free of charge plus free delivery of replacements too. Well done Incense in putting your customers and they're happiness first. Definitely been recommending to everybody, I'm absolutely thrilled thankyou

I have read the reviews and wish I had read them before buying. I paid a total of £71.92 pence for a Waterfall and cones. I have not tried it as I was giving it as a present but now I don't think I can. They ripped me off by saying It was £14.95 and I could have 80% off cones. I contacted them asking for a refund and they said I could have one but of course it hasn't happened. I cancelled about 10 seconds after I ordered when I saw what they were taking and I was told it had already been packed and shipped. IT'S A RIP OFF. DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID

Great for de-stressing and I definitely see myself using this long term. I was offered more cones but declined to it. I just want to try the first 100 free cones first. After trying it, I enjoyed the aromatic smell! Looking forward to purchase more cones.
