My burner arrived with a crack in it after its long trip from China I suppose that there's always a chance of a bump or two along the way. I got in touch with after sales after trying superglue with an unsatisfactory result. Within the day I had a reply asking for a photo. I sent one and within a day again I had a result being a new burner approved and posted out . This is first class service and I would recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Bought these. Got two with 100 free inscents. But thought it was 100 free with each item. Passed special deal up because thought was getting 200. But when order came was only 100. So wrote them and they understand. And are sending me the other 100 for free. Said they where sorry about misunderstanding. Friendly and quick with response. Items will be for 31st anniversary present to wife to help ease her stress. Will go good with her oil burners. Now came spread through home.

I've been seeing the ad for insents waterfall for a while. I decided to get one for myself. The price seemed more than fair plus they give 100 free cones with order. They also have a special price of 3.99 each per 100 cones. My mistake, I only saw 3.99 for a 3 month supply of extra cones. The price was more than I could afford all at one time. I contacted the company. Asked for a refund of the extra cones. My refund was processed immediately. The company even gave me another free 100 cones for not canceling my order for the waterfall and cones that come with the order. I will definitely buy from this company many more times. Christmas is right around the corner. This is a great gift for teachers, Pastors, friends and family.. kinda like the Bradford Exchange ( which I love) but so much lower in price. Best deal I've gotten in a very long time. Special thanks to my customer service representative, Liza Tonico for working with and for me. I made an error ordering when I called for assistance the young lady that answered was very helpful . She was very pleasant & fixed my error by taking off the extra 200 hundred cones, as it is a gift & wasn’t planning on spending that much. Thank you very much ! Sincerely Irene Brodsky
