I made a mistake and added something to my online order. I phoned their customer service hotline, and the agent patiently guided me through the issue until it was rectified. I would want to thank their customer support for resolving the problem. I was amazed when I opened the package. Although it's not what I expected, this item makes my room smell wonderful and helps me unwind. I'll order a diffuser with a different design.

I made a typo, so my order got shipped to the wrong address. When i called they didnt ignore me at all. They jumped to the chance to send out a new waterfall in 15 days time. Giving me options to relocate th address and answering all my questions wich a fast and very polite email reassuring me that my money was well spent. 😀 Even know ive waiting three months for this, im so excited to experience the smells and calming arroma. 😌 Next stop... I loved this so much, I purchased 2 more to give as gifts!! Adorable design, sturdy, and the incense smells wonderful!!! I will burn one in the morning and can still walk into my house in the afternoon and smell the lovely scent! Customer service was awesome! I had made a mistake on my order and they got back to me quickly, and resolved it for me. LOVE this company and LOVE this product!!
