I had an issue where instead of processing just the 2 fountains I ordered another 3 fountainswent through on orders I hadn'tplaced. Also the price of the additional cones was a bit misleading, like many I read they were £3.99 but looking properly at the advert they were £3.99 per scent so £39.99 in total. I emailed them and they were very polite, not only did they refund me in full very quickly but also let me keep the 2 fountains I had ordered. I would give them 5 * for how the quickly dealt with and resolved the problem, I've taken a star off for the initial problems.

Customer service was great. I rescinded my order due to a miscommunication and they were a stand up co. and gave me a full refund. Sometimes that is more important than the product itself. I would have given them a 5 * rating save for the website checkout process!

I purchased the waterfall incense and mistakenly hit one of the promo offers. I immediately emailed customer service, where they offered to allow me to keep the promo item at a reduced rate. I gladly accepted! The customer service rep was quick to respond, professional in communication, and prompt to credit my account. I'm looking forward to receiving this item.

I ordered 2 waterfalls, one for myself and one as a gift. Mine came damaged, but a call to customer service and they easily sent out a replacement. Nick and Ivan in customer service were both very helpful. My only negative feedback is that it is very disappointing that each incense cone only burns for about 8 minutes. By the time the smoke makes it to the bottom of the waterfall, the cone burns out.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, Sheryl. We're glad to know that Nick and Ivan was able to assist you. We'll also share your feedback with our supplier about the cones.
