WELL REALLY......as if this company hasn't done enough, now they insult my intelligence by offering me more of there toxic cones, and tried to say my order must have slipped through there rigorous testing. Do They Not READ there reviews.....I'm doing my research on this company. I will prove they are selling toxic products and making people ill, I can't be the only one they can make false claims that there products are PURE, RELIEVE ANXIETY, STRESS, when the truth is the exact opposite the fumes and smoke from the cones are toxic and poisonous AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst incents smell , leaves a horrible stench those sales people seriously must have corona virus , they lost sense of smell. No beautiful smells from a few that I tried. Asked for a refund cos it says easy returns! It's costing me same to returning this product as to buying it. Not happy at all. Please be careful when ordering abroad do your research first.

As many others have commented, this company miss sells their products and then try to offer further discounts and make cancelling and refunding unnecessarily difficult. Not a company you want to be dealing with from my experience.

Absolutely disgusting, smells like burning paper, doesn’t last long and the slightest draft and the smoke is everywhere except where it is supposed to be. Not even worth £1.

Wish it was no stars🤣 I fell for the 14 99 purchase but thank fully noticed quickly as first pay Pal wasn't working , I logged into another , the cheeky buggers took 14 99 one account 53 pounds another , the same the other pay Pal .thank goodness I used pay Pal I had the sense. I cancelled pending payments, and made sure no more payments was coming and claimed a refund on both accounts .this scam company gets nothing from me , within a few hours , I checked bank payment was pending to be approved by PayPal and still in my bank locked. A refund can be done very quickly , if you act quickly .I was so lucky that I acted quickly .please don't buy this product , it is on Amazon thou abit more secure, but after this experience I won't even do that. Ive had two emails pay Pal has viewed the transactions as fraudulent. And I'm getting a full refund all of it yay. As it was pending I guess, I was lucky. Phew. The company too I've authorised pay Pal to take no more payments. I've just to wait for the refund 😀 from pay Pal .pay Pal get 5 stars thank u. I did get some anxiety from all this 😞

If I could leave no stars I would. Took a payment of £47.99 without authorisation. Please do not get involved with them.

Scam!! Tried to charge me over $80 on a $19 ad. I immediately emailed and told them to cancel. Then I tried to call. The wait was so long it finally sent me to a voice mail. I get an e mail back same day saying they’ve already sent it and they’ll offer a $10 refund. They said if I returned it at my expense that they’d refund the rest. I disputed the charges with my bank and got my money back. Thanks for the free gift, a$$h0les.
