Love this. Wish it took longer to burn down. Perhaps a bigger scent cone in the future. Leaves a lingering scent. All cones smell great. Good buy. Very pleased.

I had a problem with product being lost in shipping...and the Inscents folks were not only professional, but they were friendly and helpful and even eager to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Instead of giving me the run-around (since they had in good faith shipped my products), they immediately informed me that they would be happy to replace my products at no further cost to me at all. I was pleasantly surprised, and Inscents has won a repeat customer, and I'll refer my friends to them as well. Thanks, Inscents, for being generally a swell bunch of folks.

I ordered a Waterfall and two pkg of incense to go with it . It never came. I forgot about it ! Found the info a year and a half later and realized I didn’t get my package . I contacted the company , asked if they had a record of delivery and they found out I didn’t receive my package and refilled my order ! THATS AWESOME AND APPRECIATED! Thanks
