As soon I noticed I immediately send an email to contact customer service & was pleasantly surprised not only at their quick response but their eagerness to help, take responsibility for the mistake & remedy the situation almost instantly. Not only did they refund me in full in an effort to apologize they insisted I keep the products at no cost & with no strings attached several different employees emailed me back.
