The inscence waterfall is great. It’s a fascinating feature that is truly mesmerizing. I didn’t like the quality and the scent of the cones, they affected my allergies but the company did a good job handling my extra cones return.

I recently placed an order, and after it had processed realized I had made an error, and accidentally added an item I did not want to my cart. I called, and even though it was my error they fixed it immediately, and had processed a refund in less then 24 hours, and my items still shipped the next morning. Excellent work.
