I love their scents and the incense fountain is one of my favorite I’ve ever used. I recently was informed an auto shipment was going to be charged to my account, so I emailed them saying I wanted to be taken off of future orders (I figured I’d bite the bullet, didn’t realize I was set up on it). Not only did they very quickly remove me from future orders they also made sure to cancel that one for me with no questions asked. This company is wonderful to deal with. The representatives I have spoke with are with pleasant, knowledgeable and go above any beyond to help if there ever would be a issue, one is Erran who is excellent, the company should be greatfull to have representatives like this.

I like this product not only do you get a very beautiful product but also come with 100 cones and all have different meaning to it and scents. If you need something to help you concentrate or relax you mind or maybe just the look and need a good scent with different cones then this is the one.

The customer service was absolutely great, I had a missing item and they were extremely helpful in making sure I received my items in full. Very quickly and very politely. I will definitely be shopping with them again. It’s great to see such support with ordering online.

I had a return that I did not keep a tracking record very well for a refund. Your customer service doggedly tracked it with out having much to go by. The correspondence was prompt and friendly. I did not receive all 10 pkgs of the incense waterfall cones that I had ordered. I called and within 1 day the company responed to my issue and immediately resolved it. I am so grateful because I needed all 10 pkgs to go with the fountains I had ordered to give for Christmas. I love the one I bought for myself. It is so nice to watch the fountain while it is burning and has a calming effect. I seem to be able to go to sleep much quicker than I did before. Thanks again for your quick response and resolution.
