I LOVE the waterfall. It has a simple design and is beautiful to watch. I bought them for my staff as a holiday gift. Although I was not satisfied with the cones (scent and burning time) I found the customer service to respond in good time and they were helpful and courteous. Ultimately they are helpful and showed that they do want their customers to be satisfied. Would buy again from them.

Did the right thing I ordered a waterfall through this site and was charged more than I expected. Through 6 very frustrating experiences in trying to get this resolved with other customer service reps, 1 stood up and actually responded to what I was saying and helped me, where the others completely failed. Chris John Valencia was the representative that saved my view of this company, and he definitely deserves acknowledgement. This company needs to take recognition of this great customer service representative, he's very valuable to your company and deserves to be acknowledged for this.

I bought the incense waterfall for my daughter’s birthday present. It was a big hit!! She absolutely loves it. Thank you for making this inspirational item that will be loved for years to come.

Took longer to be delivered than expected but it did eventually come. And when I reached out to their Customer Service they replied promptly and made sure I knew exactly when my package was.

The after service support was really good. Thank you!! There a mix up in the order but this was rectified quickly and respectfully. 👍 I have ordered for Xmas presents, so I can share them with my loved ones.

If it wouldn't have taken 22 days to receive, I'd have given 5 stars! The incense burns up pretty fast so do buy a bag or two. Gwen
