Terrible customer service! Still trying to get me to buy more even though I’ve told them to cancel the order 3 times!

Bought an incents waterfall from an advert on Facebook for £18, £4 postage in June 2021. This was a gift for my daughters birthday. On opening the gift in December all perfectly boxed. She turned over the pot and it was cracked in 2 places on the back of it. This was clearly put in the box broken as the box and packag ing was not damaged in any way. I have since been InTouch with them and told I only had 7days for return or refund. I spoke by email with them many times and was told there was nothing they could do? I have since contacted paypal and it is too complicated to get back in touch with my bank etc. I would not recommend getting one from incents as clearly they do not have good customer relations etc we they would not even send a replacement and are still advertising on Facebook and it is now cheaper. I am very disappointed I will never buy off Facebook again.

I purchased some items from them. I asked to cancel. They tried to upsell me multiple times until the cancellation period of 24 hours had passed, and then they claimed I was unable to cancel because I had passed the cancellation period. I grudgingly took what I paid for, asked to have the app cancelled. Today, I find out they did not cancel my app. I sent an email asking to cancel it. Again, they try to upsell me, telling me I can get a free blahblahblah if I'll keep it. I email back saying I have no intention of keeping it, thinking they would respond immediately given how quickly they responded to my first email. Silence. I email a new email, explaining I want to cancel the app, why, and how I DO NOT WANT to be upsold. The response is identical, which makes me think there isn't even really a person reading/responding to these, it's just automatically picking up the word "cancel". I'm almost positive now that the point is to give me the runaround until my cancellation date of two days from now so they can charge me anyway. I recommend buying from any other company. This one is a nightmare.

I am very disappointed in the company. They acted like they were helping me by sending a replacement order. Then on the 3rd, they made a $21.45 charge to my credit card. After I told then not to. I feel I have paid twice for a damaged order. I still haven't received the replacement order. Very disappointed. I have demanded they refund me.

I ordered the waterfall burner on line, the ordering was confusing and I did not get a total until I saw my credit card bill and was shocked. I ended up paying over 75 pounds sterling. When the parcel eventually arrived, it was not packed well just wrapped in polythene and, when opened, there was no invoice or receipt or returns label or procedure. The box was battered and totally unacceptable. I have sent photos to them and asked for a refund. Weeks later I have got nowhere

This company is so screwed up. When I checked out extra stuff was added. I called the company at the number provided. The little lady in Hawaii answering the phone was rude and I had to stop her several times so I could speak. She offered me half price on 200 cones. I asked for a copy of the corrected invoice to be sent to me so I could review it before I approved it. She said that it would up to 24 hours. She begrudgingly sent it to me and the half price item was full price. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I recently ordered the incense burner and was charged an extra charge of 42.89 without authorization. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau and have asked PayPal to work on a resolution. The company has responded but does not want to refund the money that they stole. This is a scam. Be careful.

I bought this on 09/09/2021 they were doing special offer of £17.84 which I paid via pay pal when I check my bank they also took another £61 via pay pal I did not hit any add on I sent email to disput this payment they offered me £10 refund I got waterfall with the free 100 cones on 21/09/2021 but they also put another 200 cones which I didn't ask for the cones don't stay alight literally seconds and they stink of a bonfire. I contacted pay pal to do dispute. I wish I had never ordered this don't buy from this company rubbish.
