Even know my order got shipped to the wrong address. When i called they didnt ignore me at all. They jumped to the chance to send out a new waterfall in 15 days time. Giving me options to relocate the sending address and answering all my questions wich a fast and very polite email reassuring me that my money was well spent. 😀 Even know ive waiting three months for this, im so excited to experience the smells and calming arroma. 😌 Next stop... I have to give a huge shout out to Inscents waterfall for the GREAT customer service I received from them. An unexpected charge was put on my credit card by accident (on my end, not theirs). I messaged them and literally had it resolved and my CC credited back the charge with in 24 hours. They showed proof that it was on my part (again sorry guys) and they never disputed it, refused to fix it, they were 1000% percent very professional as well as polite when communicating. I am looking forward to getting mine and my sister's waterfall and I will definitely be ordering again and have already let my friends know to ignore any negative comments they may see about these guys. These are good people, honest people and people who's #1priority is to put their customers and their satisfaction 1st and foremost. Thank you again to the company as a whole, but especially to the rep that was specifically communicating with me. 100% genuine, respectful, honest and very prompt to take care of the issue.
