BuyincensewaterfallReviews of buyincensewaterfall.com

I had recently ordered the fountain cone set and was stolen by one of my neighbours (no doubt as its inside the building) but the team here at Buy Incense Waterfall has been a great help to me in making sure I receive my parcel. Thank you so much for your great service and great customer service too I look forward to ordering some more from you guys.

Great customer service! Thank you Loiza! Fast, helpful response.

Great customer service even prior to receiving my order. Curtious service. With detailed explanations. What more could a potential customer ask for.? Thanks bunches! Deanna Horn

Purchased the voodoo inscent burner Facebook advertising it as less then it actually cost, once I received my bank Statement saw it was more then I had intended. So ask for a refund. They offered me a deal I couldn't beat and got some money but for this I now appreciate this company even more and have told friends and family about it

Well as of today I finally received my shipment. I am using it at this very moment.....I love it!!!! I am sooooooooooo excited. Thank you so much for re-sending me my package after the first one got lost. And also, THANK YOU for the extra scent cones, how very thoughtful of you to do that when you didn't have too.....so sweet! A company that cares enough to go out of their way to ensure their customer's experience is a happy one and complete customer satisfaction is a rare commodity in this day today. Thank you again, and I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous New Year! Barb Houghton

I have been using the incense fountain for about a month now, and I am pleased to inform you that both the incense fountain and the company’s customer service has exceeded my expectations. First, the way that I use the incense fountain is to light an incense and enjoy it when I sit down to slowly drink a couple cups of coffee for a mid-day break. I get to relax and see the smoke stream up and soon after stream down into the fountain. It is beautiful to watch and very relaxing, which helps calm my mind and body, so I can enjoy my coffee and break from my busy day. The ashes stay in the same original teardrop form, which both looks really neat and helps with cleanup; I can leave it there for as long as I want to just enjoy seeing it and to easily bring the fountain over the trash can and slide it into the trash can. Because it lasts for about as long as I drank my coffee, the incense brings about a light aroma in the room without becoming overbearing as with other incense, so I have no need to open a window to clear it out or get a headache. It is a perfect balance between the timing of enjoying the the incense, watching the clean-looking smoke, the aroma and the amount of aroma the incense provides. Second, their picture of the product and their description of the product is accurate. Please note that their cost regarding the incense is for each incense, not for the entire package of incense. I had sent a message to the company to ask them about the pricing of the incense. They responded quickly and pleasantly. They seem like good people. Between the amazing product and the wonderful and personable nature of the people with whom I was in contact with the company, I will definitely continue to purchase their incense. Truly, this is the best incense and incense holder I have ever purchased.
