I accidentally chose the insurance on the water fall. I emailed customer support not expecting a response for several days. They contacted me within the hour stating they would let me keep the insurance and gave me a $5 refund. I think thats pretty cool. Good customer service is hard to come by these days!!!

I can not reccomend your customer service any higher they go above and beyond to cu help and really do care that your satisfied and happy with the out come it was my own fault I did not realise the postage would be so expensive to the uk and it was a shock when the money came out of my account a lot more than I expected it to be so I wrote a email explaining and was contacted within the hour they added free cones extra to my order to make it more cost effective for me which as it was my own fault they really didn’t need to but they really cared I was unhappy and soon cxxxxxxx put a smile back on my face 😄😄 From Gillian Procter Uk

I hit wrong buttons. I am disabled mentally. i don't mind telling you i have an acute panic dissorder, and i went on your site to buy this product for my daughter and granddaughter and hit wrong buttons at 5am this morning.. the total came to 90.00!! My husband is a detective and he was so angry. long story short for 5 hrs no one was answering me i needed to cancel this. so i called i got a women named Maricar Delos Sandos Lucena, i told her i have trouble understanding things and i want to cancel this. she helped me so much she could not have been kinder, patient with me and lowered the price for me.. My husband thought this sight was a scam and was going to call the better business burro i told him let me call, he asked if i can i said yes what i dont understand i will tell them. She had to tell me 4 times how much she was lowering the price and asked me why i went on the site i said because my daughter and granddaughter who is 14 love in sence. She could not have been any kinder.. sweet , caring and really pushed the product.. what great customer service.. she was amazing. i did have to ask her more questions of what she said because it is hard for me to understand, my husband is at work and i said i am so sorry i keep asking you to repeat what you said and she said it is ok, it is not your fault i am here to help.. what a great customer service person she has and all because of Maricar i did not cancel the order.. she gave me a better price i hit wrong buttons.. she was sooooooooo helpful, kind, caring and very very patient with me i can not say that enough..
