BuyincensewaterfallReviews of buyincensewaterfall.com

I bought because of a promo,I was charged triple the amount as other users that have used this store😥I am so upset. I have sent an email, we shall see where this goes. I wish I saw these reviews first.

I'm trying to cancel my order because it more than tripled in cost. I can't get a response from anyone in the company, absolutely no one responds to my requests. I read all the reviews prior to. Ordering this, but ordered it anyway. I will just contact my bank and have them place a notice. Roberta Gates

MAJOR SCAM AND FORCING PEOPLE TO BUY Let me start with I wish I could put ZERO stars. This company is SCAMMY. Please save yourself a ton of trouble. I got tempted by a promo and placed an order without seeing that these scammers had not applied said promo. When I received the invoice, I almost died. It was almost 3 times what I thought I was paying for. So I immediately contacted them asking to cancel. That was basically a few hours after placing the order. They responded claiming that they can't cancel the order because the product has already been shipped and provided me with a tracking number. As expected, when clicking on the status it said "Waiting for package", or something of the sort, indicating that the shipping label had been created but the product wasn't in their hands. Sure enough, now that almost a month has passed, my suspicions were confirmed : they sent the package 10 DAYS AFTER I requested the payment, leaving more than ample time to cancel that order had they been honest. Now that's typical, that's them trying to force me to buy by wearing me down/discouraging me as they don't provide shipping labels so the return shipping is on me (about $30), and on top of that they intend to charge ME the initial shipping cost, despite it being THEIR fault if it has been shipped in the first place. So they try to discourage us from returning. I am exploring legal action, with the help of other people scammed by this company, intending to ask for a full refund (including both shipping fees) and probably adding filing fees and damages in the form of a couple of days worth of income lost due to this entire hassle (because this doesn't begin to cover how much time I wasted dealing with this insanity). FEEL FREE TO JOIN US, there is strength in number :) Please guys stay away from these people.

I’m not here to write a review, but to read them before buying. What I’m trying to figure out is how does this company have a 3 star rating when everybody gave them 1 star, and it seems they did so, because there was no option of ZERO stars! I think the 3 stars are VERY deceiving, and should only be ONE star since that’s all your reviewers gave!

They have nothing to lose! I had to pay shipping in AND out for a scam product. To start with, I live in Florida. These do not work if there is any airflow in the room. In Florida the indoor air is circulating all year long, in some form. So, I told them I wanted to return the product. They gave me an address and suggested that I do tracking. I did. I sent it priority back at a cost of $14.50 for return shipping. After prompting them they issued a credit less $6.99. I emailed them. They said they don't pay for return shipping. What they meant is they don't pay for ANY shipping. So, their crappy product cost me $35.91. Then I paid $14.50 to ship back, plus $6.99 for their original shipping charge to me. So, I had to pay $21.49 for all shipping charges in and out. Not to mention the hassle of going to the post office. Great deal for them, not so good for me.

Please just google the number, they seem to pray on people who do not know computers well. I volunteer to run errands and small things for someone disabled and they saw this scammer's link through Facebook and unfortunately clicked on it. This poor woman is on disability SSI, has lupus, COPD, and can barely walk. I called the number on their website and got some jerk who put me on hold and never answered the phone again. Google the website name and the word review google the phone number, always do this before buying anything from scam sites like this. When they have one product it is one of the millions of scam sites who take your cc and sell it. Cancel your card if you gave them the number. I managed to track this to NJ but I am not sure if it is bouncing off a VPN or not, I also tracked it to a name and reported it to the AG in the state where it is registered. I will check back to see if others have posted here and try to contact them with the info I have gathered. I tried immediately to cancel it but I knew it was not going to work. Now I am reversing using the fraud department of the CC, hopefully, it works. We need to protect our most vulnerable and prosecute those who prey on them! BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER Here is a list of the active sites this loser owns that I have verified so far, I have a much larger list coming after I file a subpoena: He has protected his identity when registering the new sites but originally he did not and that is how I found his old business and location. Please, please do your research and share the info on social networking sites. I am creating a post tonight that I will ask others to share. We need to stop these criminals! I hope Karma gets them before I do! 862-233-8121 perfectflip.co buyincensewaterfall.com orthocentral.co
