Absolute con. Charge you for extra cones you don’t want, refuses to cancel the order despite contacting them immediately and I will still be charged! Do not buy from these people!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I sent a cancel request within 5 minutes of placing the order. They took two days to respond. Of course at that point my order had already been conveniently shipped so they couldn’t refund it. They are a bunch of liars and will just continually just try to give you more deals so you’ll shut up. After fighting with them and only succeeding in getting $20 after being charged $63, I decided to just cut my losses and see if I could somewhat enjoy the product. Nope! You are supposed to get 10 different scents but they all smell like gross polluted smoke when lit. Not to mention, they are all thrown in the same bag and don’t smell like anything at all so you have no idea which is which. And there is only a variety of about 6 colors so good luck guessing!

I have been scammed by this company. Please don’t give them any information about yourself. Unfortunately, I've had to learn the hard way. I ordered a product for my granddaughters birthday, a month ago. It hasn’t arrived. Her birthday is tomorrow. I’ve called twice to ask for my money back. They won’t do it! I’ve gotten offers of “We’ll give you 40% off on you purchase. We’ll process a refund minus the shipping cost once you receive the order, and a couple of other prize solutions!” Obviously, this company has a low rating, which will remain that way until they get their collective acts together! Had I not been extremely persistent, I’d still be in this very stressful situation!

Like a previous reviewer, I also considered buying from this company, put in my PayPal details, but then did not make the purchase. I was then charged for the item and other things as well! I am guessing they are using some kind of software to capture your details when you type them in. These guys are crooks, why are they allowed to operate? They have complainants against them on the BBB website!

Do not give this website any information!!! I went to place an order but decided it was too much money for shipping and backed out without confirming or even placing an order. They took my money the next day anyway and placed the order themselves without my permission. I called the very next day when I saw it on my PayPal and the girl kept telling me I had to wait for the item to arrive to get a refund, then kept trying to offer me a discount instead. After telling her repeatedly I want my money now since I never actually placed an order she agreed to a refund. We'll see if I actually get it.

Ordered 4 months ago, apparently has been at customs in China for 4 months and is in transit. It’s clearly either lost or never sent. I can’t claim a refund until the delivery - which to me is never going to arrive. I’ve noticed just getting copy and paste responses as the months have gone on, has anyone actually received anything from this company or are they just a massive scam?
