Buy Fire Alarm PartsReviews of buyfirealarmparts.com

Great and delivery superfast

I dealt with Savannah initially. She went out of her way to help me find the units I was looking for. Hunter then helped me with the shipment issues I encountered. Stellar service and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Great experience. Staff (Hunter) has specific knowledge about the product which helped with ordering. Keep up the good work,

WOW!! I am so thankful to have found BUYFIREALARMPARTS! We have a Faraday FireWatch XVI system and were not able to locate a replacement part for the memory board. These guys are the real deal and fixed our memory board and shipped it back to us in San Diego within the week. They are so professional and very easy to work with. They are at the top of my list, should I ever have the need again to fix anything related to our fire alarm at church and school. The process was pretty easy, we had our company in San Diego remove the memory board on Monday. We overnight shipped it by Fed Ex (not cheap $125), they fixed the part and return shipped it to us for $115 overnight. The cost was so much more reasonable than having to replace the entire system.

Great Customer Service. Good Pricing. And they Answer The Telephone When You Call.

parts arrived on time worked like i expected, plan to use them in the future

Fast and reliable service. Order was correct the first time

We had a customer who's obsolete fire alarm panel had a control board that failed. After a fairly extensive search, I found that board available here. The price was reasonable and it shipped quick. The board was installed, and everything is back to working properly. I called to verify this was available, and the customer service was awesome! Great Company to work with!!!
