Paid for two-day delivery
Paid for two-day delivery. Took two weeks. had to order through another supplier to get it to job on time. Their response was it was delivered within two day period. This is not true. i have emails with customer service that show other wise.

We want to be helpful and transparent but we’re a little bit confused. We do see an order was placed with us, but don’t see any emails or communication in regards to this order. Could it be possible you’re mixing us up with another company? Our company is Buy Fire Alarm Parts.com and our order format is “1000XXXX” .
