You sent wrong parts
I ordered 10 six pin device base you sent 10 three pin device bases. The ship ticket has the right part number on it for what I ordered but you sent parts that do not match the ship ticket. If this is all you do is sell fire alarm parts I know you know the difference. This makes me feel like you are being dishonest.

We aren't dishonest, but we do make mistakes sometimes. Because of this, we offer full returns if you aren't happy with your purchase. Send the parts back to us in the same box with the included ship ticket that was in the red envelope. We will refund your entire purchase price immediately. That said, we are really good at sending the right parts to our customers. So I think we can figure out what went wrong and fix it if you give us a chance. Give us a call (888-303-2656) during our business hours and we will do everything we can to ship you exactly what you are looking for.
