Placed an order and received it 2 days later. Very convenient! I work in an immediate care clinic, and with the increased covid patient load we're having, I am very happy these arrived so quickly. Thank you so much!!!

The reason was low, is because the Quote for the King Vision was not clear on the adapter which did not come with the scope. I order the blades that had to have the adapter kit. The sales rep. should have informed me about this. Now I have to buy the adapter which is another 400. I wish I have known about this. The staff are always courteous and attentive to my order being handled promptly. Even though our orders are minimal, they always treat us like a big customer. They also are patient when we have to adjust our order. I highly recommend them.
