Hi Tom. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. We tried searching for your order using your name and found one which was ordered in November. Our return or replacement policy has a timeframe of 30 days from the date of receipt of order. If you're having technical challenges with it, we suggest you reset the device. Put your DangoBuds into the charging case and leave the cover open. Long-press the pairing button behind the charging case until the light indicator turns red and then green. Hope this helps!
