This product attracts mice! I was getting 1-3 mice every day for 3 weeks, then the light went out so I assume it’s done. When I contacted the company, they sent me a link to something in German. I won’t be sending it back because I’m not giving these people another cent of my money. Please remove this site. It’s worthless and a scam.

I bought 6 units in January 2023, received them late March, plugged them in and by end of July 2023, 5 have gone dead! Sent numerous emails to customer support only to be sent a link on how to use document, totally useless when product is dead! Finally got another response from support staff saying my comments have been provided to management for response, no reply received at all now for over a month from any management. A complete waste of money especially when their web site states this product will last 3 to 5 years before needing to be replaced!

I've had 3 bye critters for 3 months. The power went out last night and all 3 will not turn back on. I wrote the company to find out what can be done and their response was sorry you only get a 30 day warranty. What!? These are the most expensive ones on the market. I've had cheap ones last years. DO NOT BUY!

But felt there was no use because the ByeByeCritter products stop working shortly after 3-4 months of use after the 30-day money back guarantee expired. IT IS A SCAM. If any company keeps trying to entice customers to buy their products by offering more discounts to purchase more products--never fall for it!!! It is a sign that they desperately want your money!! Also, this company only gives a 30-day money back guarantee--not long enough time to test their products! After the time limit expires, you cannot get your money back!! On October 16, 2022, I went ahead and bought 5 ByeByeCritters after being offered more discounts. 5 ByeByeCritters (70% off) Item #MICE-05 $102.00 + $9.95 Shipping = $111.95 paid through Paypal to Margin Holdings Limited. The 5 ByeByeCritters order arrived on October 31, 2022. I found out much later that Margin Holdings Limited is a HONG KONG Company. They ship their products from Hong Kong by DHL and then the products arrive to US customers by UPS. The ByeByeCritters started to stop working on the third month. All 5 of the ByeByeCritters stopped working by 5 months. If the green light is on, that means the ByeByeCritter is working. But once the green light stops working, there is no way it will come back on. I have kept pushing the button so many times, without creating any damage, but it was no use. Once the green light stops working, there is nothing a customer can do to get the green light to come back on. What do you expect if it is Made In China? DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BYEBYECRITTERS. SAVE YOUR MONEY. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THE US (Unfortunately, I did not investigate Margin Holdings Company, because it sounded English. It turned out to be a company based in Hong Kong).

I ordered mine after reading glowing reports on line from testing companies. Fast forward to April and its no longer working. Contacted company and no response. Stay away from this company!!

Ordered a unit on March 24. Label created but no movement. I called 5different times. Was assured the website hadn’t updated but package was at post office & would be delivered in a day or 2. A lie! The rep should be fired. I got part refund but I wanted the item. Today I spoke with a supervisor who refused to resend item and told me situation would be escalated to proper dept. Do not waste your money!

So they only gave us 30 day notice mine didn’t even last six months no type a refund or anything they pretty much told me sorry about your luck. $104 for three of them and I think they’d at least last a year maybe two. Got them off of a friend referral and they are having the same issue. Buyer beware

In October 2022 I ordered a 5-unit bundle of Bye Critters, two of which stopped working this week, 4 months after I received them. I contacted the company by email, explained, and asked for a refund or replacement of the two that no longer work. Without delay, the company responded back that they are unable to offer a refund/replacement. Prior to buying the units, I researched the company's website including, but not limited to, the "Bye Critter FAQs" page, which is where I saw the following question and response: "How often do I need to replace my Bye Critter Unit?" "Each unit works from 3-5 years." (This is very direct and to the point). I reviewed the FAQs again today before contacting the company. Anyone considering these units should be WARNED!
