DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!! If I could leave no stars I would! I bought 5 of these to put all over the house before we were going to be away on vacation and our house is in the woods. When I got back, 4 of the 5 weren't working. Customer service is non-existent. As the short "guarantee" period had expired, I was refused an exchange or refund. The company is all hot air when it comes to customer satisfaction. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!

worse product ever...lasted less than 2 months...took for ever to arrive and support a waste of time. Had other brands that lasted years. Bought 3 and 2 stopped working soon after. Expensive for the short time working.

I have used this device for about 2 weeks and I have to say, DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE, IT DOES NOT WORK! The device has been used in several locations in the kitchen, but still seeing droppings, some inches from the device at floor level. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased the unit in May. It failed in September. I called the company and they warranty the unit for 30 days only. Trash

Avoid this company, they are a scam. They don't stand by their products and their their products are just a scam. Don't waste your money. AVOID THEM!!!!!!

purchased 5 of them for my 3 story home product seemed to drive critters out but after 6 months 4 of the 5 purchased where dead they are supposed to last 3 to 5 years

Purchased 3 units in may one quit working before the end of July customer service said out of warranty terrible company to do business with. Its is a scam!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Haven’t had the units for 4 months and one already doesn’t light up anymore. Call customer Service and they tell me They only have a 30 day warranty. What a bunch of BS! I spent over $100 For 3 units. Stay away!!
