I purchased 2 units in August. It took quite a while to receive them. The product seemed to work well for about 2 months. However when one of the units stopped working after 2 months, I contacted the company requesting a replacement. They stated they only warrant their product for 30 days and sent me a link to the manual. Not worth the money. This is an expensive product for only 60 days of use.

I bought 4 of the Bye Bye Critter Ultrasonic devices. They do NOT work!! My critters even crawl over the device!! I have ants, spiders, crickets, mice etc in my area and these devices do nothing!! I’ve had all 4 plugged in for a month now and seen no improvement!!

These are one of the more expensive brands that are junk. They quit working shortly after plugging them in. They last long enough to pass the 30 day guarantee. Don't waste your money.

I called customer service bc 1 of the couple ultrasonic units I bought died after it hadn't been plugged in for 45 days. They transferred me to 3 different agents who read me the same script that because it was over 30 days it was not their problem then proceeded to tell me anybody above them was too busy to take my call and we're not there for customers I guess that sums it up!

They do work butt do not last much over 6 months, that's why they only have a 30 day return.

Purchased four of these and 73 days later, three of them stopped working. This has a 30 day guarantee so no replacement or refund. Don't purchase these.

Complete waste of money, they offer 30 DAY warranty coz they'll break anytime after 31 DAYS. I bought 3 around March 2023 it's end of August and I'm down to 1 device. It's like a countdown. What happens when the last green light turns off? LoL

I don’t know how a Consumer Tested site could give this product a raving review. It doesn’t work. Customer service is not help either. Don’t waste your money. I have a spider living under the one I put in my garage and see bugs is there as well.
