He has been extremely helpful and informative. We have been trying to sort out the issue with the UPS delivery having problems with the boxes being marked "return-to-sender" a few times. We have reached an agreement and I will be getting my boxes soon. Their customer service team is dedicated to helping anyone, large or small orders.
