They went over and above! Great experience! Will definitely use them again:)

They do an amazing job. the boxes came out perfect for my client

Shipping was unreal. It was delivered the same day it was shipped! The materials are great. The customer service is amazing. The images didn’t come out exactly how I wanted them too, but I’m slightly OCD. Lol Everyone else loves the design, so I will definitely be ordering from them again!

The product was good.

My initial experience is really good. I liked the dynamic box building tool on the site and the very responsive support team to help me when dimensions changed but I did not give 5 stars because of the $18 I needed to pay for shipping for 3 box samples. I do not know if this is because of dimensions of shipping or some other reason. But it feels like too much. I am all for profit and margin, but I would rather them make more margin on the box vs. a margin model on the shipping. Shipping sucks....no one likes to pay it. Charge me more for the box and dont make me guess if you are trying to overcharge me on the shipping. My only complaint. Other than that, I really was impressed with the overall service and tools on your site.

I needed to get my custom box out to an important client and they delivered the product on time. I will definitely do business with them again.

Awesome product

the boxes were lovely i wish they were bigger though.
