First time customer
This is my first time ever ordering with buybookys.com. My experience with this service was fast and trustworthy! After completing my order, I reached out via email to their support team to get ordering tracking info. The support team responded quick (within minutes) and provided me my order tracking information through FedEx. My package was delivered that same day to my front door step. I paid 6.99 for shipping and it took only 4 days. This is a trustworthy site and I recommend if you’ve never used before and looking for discounted book prices!!! 💗

Never recieved
Purchased a Book on march 10th and it is now the 27th and nothing! I went to chat with them and they explained they were out of stock and would send it within 10 days but I have yet to receive anything. When I asked to cancel my order they stopped responding. Update: It is now April 10th and still no book or communication! I had to file a dispute with my bank.
