Painless and The Responsible Thing to Do
I've used BuyBackWorld twice now for cell phones I no longer needed. Each time has been easy and has resulted in money in my pocket. I also feel better knowing I'm not putting used electronics into the landfill. Win/Win!

Simple, efficient and timely-5 stars all the way!
I've used BuyBackWorld once before and then, like now, it was a simple and smooth process. There were no issues and it was done in a very timely manner with good communication along the way. For me, it's 5 stars all the way.

It took one month from BuyBackWorld…
It took one month from BuyBackWorld receiving my used iPhone for me to receive the check. The longest wait was for the check; I got an email saying it had been sent on 1/4/19 and that it could take up to 10 business days for me to receive the check. The check arrived at my house on 1/23/19.

We're sorry you weren't happy with your experience with us on your most recent transaction. We typically take about one week to process an order. As it stands, your device was received on 12/28/2018 and your device then passed inspection on 01/02/2019 for the Fully Quoted Value of $32. Your payment was then processed and mailed out to you on 01/04/2019. We have no control over USPS Transit times. However, it could take up to seven to ten business days for your check to arrive to you. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing back from you in the near future.

Not about the $$$$$…
Not sure where all this stuff winds up but since I have already replaced the tablets I am so happy that at least there is SOMEWHERE!
