Hi Amira, We’re replying here to clarify to other readers that this is a second review you are leaving for the same transaction, and is not a separate review for another transaction or customer. We replied to Amira’s original review stating that we are still unsure what it is the customer is upset about. We’ve been very transparent throughout the entire process and even returned the device to the customer at no cost. As can be seen from our other customer reviews, this is far from a typical experience with us and we pride ourselves in being very transparent and communicative to our customers. We’ve made every effort to understand what exactly the issue at hand was here but a we could not get a complete understanding from the customer.

Thank you for the feedback Alex. We understand that some customers were frustrated by the delays we experienced but we hope our transparency throughout the process was enough to have you return in the future. We are currently working on implementing an improved process to handle peak iPhone season
