ButterflyMXReviews of butterflymx.com

We absolutely LOVE Butterfly MX. This has been a game changer for our business. The team is super helpful and went above and beyond with every aspect of communication. I would 100% recommend you get it.

Our condo association made the decision to replace our outdated and poorly support system. I was fortunate enough to be on the selection committee to source and purchase the new system. After many requests for proposals (amazing how many companies didn't even respond) ButteflyMX was by for the best system, price, and process. From my first conversation with our sales person, Alek, to implementation, and our regular check-ins with Emily - the experience could not be any better. On the few times we did have little hiccups, the tech support team was SUPER responsive and so easy to work with. The whole community is thrilled to have a great system with a competent support team backing it up! Overall, the system is intuitive for both the end user as well as the admin team, performs well, and looks great.

As a property manager, I love Butterfly. They have built a better mousetrap trap, and it has made my life easier, along with the owners in the building. Swiping on your phone is a great way to get in. Seeing who is at your door is great. I have it in 2 garages, and a sticker is so much better than an opener. No more reprogramming if there is a lost remote. A much safer system. I wish all of my buildings had Butterfly MX

We recently had the ButterflyMX intercom system installed in our condominium, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The entire process—from initial consultation to final setup—was handled with the utmost professionalism. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. It’s clear that they truly understand the technology and are committed to delivering a quality experience. The ButterflyMX system itself has significantly improved building access and security. Residents love the convenience of using their smartphones to manage entry, and the video calling feature adds an extra layer of confidence for both guests and residents. Overall, we’re very pleased with both the product and the service provided. This was a seamless upgrade for our building, and we highly recommend the ButterflyMX system and the team behind it. - Joseph Board Member The Grande Condominium Association Miami, Florida

Being a member of the board of our building we manage Butterfly MX locally rather than asking the management company to oversee it. Because it is so easy to use, so easy to add new tennats, modify and remove them it allows us to very quickly and easily communicate and respond to requests of people in the building.

Works great! It definitely comes in handy as it has a lot needed features. Needs to be senior friendly but other than that no complaints with the system!

As a property manager overseeing multiple residential buildings, I can confidently say that the ButterflyMX system has been an excellent addition to our properties. We've implemented the system in several buildings and have consistently seen great results in terms of ease of use, reliability, and resident satisfaction. The platform is intuitive for both residents and staff, and it has significantly improved building access and security. What truly sets ButterflyMX apart is their outstanding customer service. Their team is always responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues or questions we’ve had—something that’s incredibly valuable in property management where time and reliability matter. I highly recommend ButterflyMX to any property owner or manager looking to modernize their access control system. It's a smart investment that enhances both security and convenience.

Great app and tool for the residents, easy, convenience and secure. Residents feel at ease and no worries. We love the application.
