As a building manager I find this service to be very user friendly. Along with a great customer service team. I have not had any issues since we implemented this. Also, any questions I have had they were answered in a timely manner.

Had a question about customizing access. Quick response, effective solution. Our rep (Lance Tamayo) is smart and personable. He was available by email and follow-up phone call. He listened, solved our question and clearly walked me through the steps to approach related issues in the future.

I am the President of our small (50 Unit) Condo Corporation and we selected ButterflyMX about 6 weeks ago. The installation process was very easy and the Support Team are amazingly responsive and helpful. We have been using it for the last month and have really had no problems, though we have not (yet) turned on the Visitor or Delivery PINS). It is very easy to update resident names, phone numbers and emails and even our (few) technophobe residents took to it almost immediately as they do not need to use the app and can continue to rely on phone calls so the system is really quite similar to our older system - except ButterflyMX works and the older system often did not.
