If you’re experiencing repeated connectivity problems, checking with your property management team or internet provider might be helpful to ensure the WiFi signal is strong near the entryway. • One Phone Ringing: We designed the system to prioritize personal privacy by ringing only the phone associated with a particular resident. However, we understand this feature may not work for everyone, and we’re exploring options to enhance flexibility for shared living situations. • Winter Usability: We recognize the challenge of using smartphones in cold weather. Our system also supports key cards, key fobs, PIN codes, and virtual keys, which can be entered without removing gloves.
