Matt was an absolute star, we were based on a campsite in Bath which was freezing but he took this in good spirit and never complained - needless to say the hens all took good care of him. He was professional, friendly and my sister (the hen) thought he was a genuinely lovely guy - having never experienced a butler in the buff before we didnt know what type of person would show! The only irritating part was the booking process; having entered all the info online I was then asked to confirm it three times in emails which gets a bit tedious but this is no reflection on Matt at all. We hope he has thawed out now!!
