Unfortuately as it says on your booking confirmation we cant guarentee that we can match preferences but we do try but as we are dealing with humans people can pull out and get injured so we have to swap butlers around often.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We will pass this on to the allocation team and will make sure the butler in question is dealt with, it sounds like he has misread the party, we take this sort of thing very seriously so thank you for bringing it to our attention.

We are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the 2 butlers that worked at your event. We do work very hard to find the right balance between personality, looks, body and work ethic. All of our Butlers are early 20’s to early 30’s, we appreciate that one of your Butlers was 20 and so at the lower end of our age spectrum but we are very open and clear that that is the age range of our Butlers. We do always try to create a balance so when using one of the guys at the younger end of the spectrum we always send them with one of our older Butlers as in this case. Both of the Butlers send were well over 6ft which is also something important to most of our customers. We do understand that a younger Butler may not have been your preference but he wasn't definitley 18. We’re selling a novelty, young guys who work out and look better than your average guy with their top off to serve drinks and food. Overwhelmingly customer feedback tells us that people value friendly, likeable and hardworking butlers and so these are the types we look for. Again we are very sorry you were unhappy with the 2 Butlers sent. We would always encourage customers to be as specific as they can with what they most value and this then allows us to stand as good a chance as possible of sending the most appropriate guys to each job. We hope you will book with us again in the future and if so please let us know the age range of your group we can match accordingly.
