Although we enjoyed our time with our butler, and he was very nice and funny, we felt like we were having to get him involved a lot of the time, rather than him taking the initiative to get things going with games etc, which felt a little awkward. But once games got going it was fun! Recommend having lots of games set up and ready to go when your Butler arrives.

This company take down all negative reviews, they told me my review was ‘illegal…’ see below: The butlers I booked were cancelled on the day, the morning of the booking. We were so disappointed they didn’t even call to tell us. Just sent an email. Total let down. The company also took down my review so I’m trying again here. I’ve been told by one of their team they frequently double book and have to cancel service on the day.

Due to the recent changes with restrictions I called and emailed the company with change of date and address. Despite having this as a record the company, sent the butler on the wrong day and refused to refund any money back. Whilst I appreciate I was asked to check the invoice, when I saw the address had been changed, I forgot to check the date. I would expect the company to meet me half way and refund half my money, given I have an email stating the changes to be made that were not challenged by them either. On top of this the fuel charge of £45 I feel was steep, given the butler called me ten minutes before he arrives to say he was on his way! Luckily Buff Body Butlers came to my rescue at 11pm the night before I needed them!

After so many venue changes due to covid we eventually went ahead on the 9th July, our butler Adam was a great sport hosting a couple of quizzes ,playing a couple of games and most importantly making delicious cocktails, our miserable bride to be wasn't really into the whole night but most of the guests made the most of it and had a fantastic evening ,i think!!
