My Trial box from “Butcher Box For Pets”arrived yesterday. I defrosted a pack in the refrigerator overnight. When I set Autumn’s bowl down this morning, she dove right into it. It appears that she loves it!

I have a very picky eater. So far she loves her food and it is sitting very well with her. I love that it’s organic and the ingredients list is excellent.

The dogs like the food , but would help to mark the recommended portions for different size/ weight dogs, on the food "blocks". Also, customer contact is only possible if they contact. NO tel. nr. unfortunately! I would love to see this happen .

I had a beef box ordered as my dog has chicken allergies I received a box full of chicken dog food. When I contacted them they said they would make it right they just wanted a picture so I sent a picture that was five days ago and I have heard nothing since I have sent 10 emails and not gotten any response or any resolution

The link to their email is wrong. My emails get bounced back. I tried another one but no response yet. They advertise that if you place your order before 5 on a business day before Monday or Wednesday, it will be processed Monday or Wednesday. I ordered on 1/9/26 and have yet to hear anything about my order as of today, 1/15/26. I am not sure I want to do business with a company that does not provide a phone number or keep in touch about an order that has been paid for.

Yet again, my order has not shipped on time. Currently it is over 2.5 weeks past my order date, and the site still says it hasnt been processed. Of course, my card was charged in full, right on time. I got an email last weekend saying they were crediting me $20 (as if that was even close to recompense) but here we are, on friday, and still nothing has changed. In most orders, multiple packages are not properly sealed/vacuumed, but my most recent contained 5 such packs. Their customer service and response time is terrible, as well. Avoid at all costs

My Buddy is the worst of the picky eaters, but he finished the butcher box trial package, and it was the first time he licked his bowl clean. I would have given 5 stars, but I am still on the trial phase.

Dog loves the food, only complaint is the packaging, maybe make them thinner for a quicker defrost.
