Prvi put sam koristila sada ovu aplikaciju za kupovinu karata. Funkcioniše dobro. Prilikom kupovine karte na linku mi nije izašla željena karta za štampu, odmah sam kontaktirala sistem za podršku putem vibera i brzo su mi odgovorili sa kartom u prilogu. Takođe, došla sam u situaciju da menjam vreme autobuskog polaska putem viber podrške u par minuta su mi odgovorili i obezbedili kartu. Sve pohvale za sistem. Nadam se da će u budućnosti svi prevoznici prihvatati elektronske karte kako bi putnici izbegli stajanje u redu da se karta odštampa na šalteru.

Online purchased bus tickets are NOT ACCEPTED in the bus stations. If you buy the ONLINE tickets through BUSTICKET4, as advised in every single damn blog, the station won't scan it or accept it and forces you to print in out in order to get on the bus. The station charges 5 EUROS the printing out and non of the online tickets, which in the BUSTICKET4 APP or Homepage are accepted. ALL TICKETS MUST BE PRINTED, THAT IS COMPLUSATORY AND NO ONLINE TICKETS ARE ACCEPTED OR SCANNED. Also, in order to print you need mobile data, as there is no WIFI and they require for you to send the ticket per email! Oh, and when yoo get to the station there are zwei queues, a short one for buying tickets and a really long one for just printing. So arrive at least 30min before departure if you bought your tickets online! Cheaper to buy directly at the station.

Used it yesterday to buy a ticket. Didn't need to print it. There are more carriers that do not need a printed ticket anymore. I have been using their services for years now and have only good words about the customer support they provide. Good and reliable.
