So glad that we found Michael on the internet We travelled business class with first class airlines around the world. Absolutely also a first class experience.I needed wheelchair assistance between flights and on arrivals etc This too was all provided so we had a most wonderful stress free vacation. Very thankful to Michael for arranging all this

Quick responses, valuable insights - highly recommend!

Please ignore the review I posted earlier. I thought I'd gotten a significant discount, showed up at the airport to find out that they'd neglected to book the right date with the carrier. I spent two anxious hours waiting for them to finally get me another flight that night. Then it took more than a week for them to confirm a return flight for me on the date I wanted. In addition, I was charged an extra $350 for all of this repeat booking, was told that I'd get the money back as soon as everything was taken care of, i've been home a month and no sign of the refund. Yes, I got a good price, but not enough to justify all of the aggravation it cost me.

Chris has infinite patience. He is great at suggesting alternatives offering better connections, lower prices, different airlines He has been a pleasure to work with, as I am a difficult client, lots of changes of mind. Top flight. He provides options coveringdifferent travel dates, departure and arrival times and cost. Suggests alternatives not obvious

Great experience. I was very careful since it is an internet based transaction. Price for my ticket was 60% less than with Lufthansa. After the reservation was done, I paid and a ticket was issued a couple of hours later. Kai is very reliable and trustable and responsive. I will certainly book again with him.

At the beginning I was a bit sceptical, but soon I realised that the person called Larry I dealt with was extremely friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. We are four people and are very pleased with how our flight to Dubai got handled. Anytime again, thank you!
