Berg, Continued to work for a number of days to make sure I got what I needed. I asked about business class for myself and my wife, he also secured a spot for my pet dog. I actually called the number to make sure it was a real person!!. It was, and his communication has been excellent.

In planning our honeymoon, my wife and I had a very particular but tricky itinerary in mind. William worked with us to make the itinerary work while saving us a ton of money in the process. He was extremely attentive to our needs and communicated every step of the process clearly.

I was in a big time bind. I traveled to Italy for my wedding but had to arrive early due to my new Aunt's health. I forgot to cancel my original flight and unknown to me the airline cancelled my return ticket also. Martin was very helpful and reassuring during this major time of stress. In very short notice Martin was able to book me on my original flights in seats with my new wife and son. Martin saved me as I could not find a return flight or solution on my own that did not cost thousands of dollars. Additionally, Martin did this on a Sunday. Martin has earned my loyalty and trust for all my future flights and I highly recommend him to everyone who travels. When I return to California I will be so very thankful to Martin.

Oxford Smith comes thru again! With a major runway-reconstruction project underway at the San Francisco airport, I've noticed that my upcoming, connecting flight from Oregon to SFO has been cancelled every single day since the beginning of the work on 9/7/19. I contacted Oxford, and in under an hour Oxford secured an alternate, more flexible itinerary; confirmed the last business-class seat available on the overseas leg of my trip with United; and, more importantly, noticed and immediately corrected a serious error that had escaped the UA representative. Oxford Smith, the ultimate travel-industry professional, has always provided me with the highest level of service. He ruled the day today. In my travel book, Oxford Smith is the best.
