My wife and I were traveling with an infant and needed some last minute international business class tickets. I searched online for some reasonable options but couldn't find many. I was contacted by Carl Holm after we submitted a request and after a brief conversation and few hours later, we were presented with 3 very good options. In the meantime, we had a further change in plans and had to travel earlier within a few days. After some back and forth, we got a good deal which was much cheaper than what was available online. Carl was very helpful in providing us viable options and accommodating our changing plans. The trip was smooth and we had a comfortable flight back home with our child. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we look forward to working with them in the future.
