Ian was awesome! He surpassed my expectations (which were pretty dang high). When he gave me the Qatar option I was just THRILLED!

Ian was very helpful

Great service

On line advertising got my attention and it was easier to let an experienced agent do the search for a lower cost flight rather than use kayak or expedia myself. Everybody is subject to the dynamic pricing of tickets, but overall, I was satisfied with the work of a courteous agent.

Great experience and always great pricing! Have always had a great level of professional expertise.

Very helpful agent Mr Ian Novak, very professional and efficient.

Vivian Williams was my travel agent and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very accommodating, easy to understand, quick to reply, friendly, patient, and helped get me a lower fare price.
