I was hesitant at first but can’t recommend the service from Jaycob enough. I was left to find a flight out of Paris 24hours before departure and the team found me one which was $3500 AUD cheaper than anywhere else online.

You refunded $2200USD of the $4103USD I paid you and the reason I have no flight refund is because you ignored my many pleading emails asking for the flight to be cancelled and rescheduled. I will not use the credit thanks. I would never trust your company again nor would I ever pay you any more money.

Jaycob has always been client centric and swift in his response even when there was an issue with PNR code / e-ticket numbers that did not let me directly check-in with a partner airline. In the end everything worked all well.
