I have had these guys for a year and not even a single business mail was accepted or sent to me even though I did fill out all the forms and notarize the Form 1583. I have received many calls from my senders/banks saying my mail was being returned. I have reached out to their customer service and they couldn't figure out the issue instead told me everything is working and I can start sending mail. No result again! I am tired of this and had to move to another service and now I have to change my business address for everyone as this has been a cascading affect for an year. They did not even have the courtesy to check if their customer mail is working after the complaint or return my one year fees or at least try to fix the problem and check by sending a sample mail again, but instead asked me if I would like to continue and they were not sure why my mail was being rejected. Please watch out with these guys before you go with them. All they care about is in the very beginning when you purchase, and they DON'T CARE their customers after that. BEWARE!

Very good experience - have used these folks for multiple aspects of our business! This is a company with actually people responding to your emails and questions. I have used a different company previously and hated getting stuck in ticketing systems and not being able to reach anyone. Every time we've needed help or clarification on an issue they have gotten back to us quickly - Paula has been really helpful. I Highly recommend.
