I had the most pathetic experience..

I had the most pathetic experience... They are making all sorts of videos on YouTube, but if you ask them any questions based on their own videos and they cannot justify their own content The subordinates come across as dumbs... ( I spoke with Agnese) They come to the meeting unprepared.... she didn't even read the agenda for the meet that I had clearly mentioned.... with them, I feel one might Not be in safe / professional hands...

Agnese was incredibly efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.
