I did not get any input on my articles of organization, so the my business address was chosen for me. I now need to change it and ill have to cover that cost. The 77 dollars i paid for a 48hr turn around time was mis information, i still waited the standard week time before anything was actually completed. which took longer than it might have, because it was submitted with no A.O.O

You received an immediate email informing you of your LLC formation and that your documents were in your dashboard. We can also see that you logged into your account to retrieve them. As for your articles of organization, it is standard practice to use the registered agent address as the business address for privacy reasons. We explicitly state that in our "privacy by default" brand promise. Any official mail received at your registered agent address is automatically uploaded to your dashboard and you receive a notice where you can view or download the mail online.
